AYR International Pty Ltd is the international business arm of Archiplan Pty Ltd of Australia, an Architectural and Property Development Company that started in March 1986.
Since its inception, AYR Corporation has established a wide range of international business and government networks managing projects in Australia, Asia and Africa. Projects include Infrastructure, Real Estate Development, Energy and Natural Resources.
As a development group, AYR provides master-planning, architectural design, engineering, development/project management and corporate structuring. In addition to these services, AYR through its close association with investment banks and investors, we can arrange funding for viable projects.
Our success is based on adding value through joint ventures with credible companies that have a proven track record.

At AYR we are governed by a strict code of conduct. With these policies and ethics, we ensure that there can be no recourse by any parties claiming unfair or underhanded treatment. We aim to serve our partners and investors in a professional manner with the purpose of mutual satisfaction and business continuity.
All AYR directors and employees adopt a Code of Ethics that addresses amongst other things, avoidance of conflicts of interest, protection of confidential information, compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adherence to good disclosure practices and procedures for employees, clients and third parties.

When starting out, one of AYR’s earliest activities is to define its policy with respect to sustainable development. The Board of Directors and senior management team affirm our belief in the principles of sustainable development in its core values, which include:
- Be a leading performer among its peers with regard to shareholder value, business ethics, workplace safety, environmental protection and community development;
- Minimize the potential for adverse impacts that may arise from its dealings to levels as low as reasonably achievable, taking into account social and economic factors;
- Continually improve the management of its operations so that we can respond to the economic, environmental and social expectations of all stakeholders, including its employees, partners, communities, shareholders, governments and the public.
AYR ’s approach to minimizing the potential risk relating to its dealings is to have thoughtfully developed and well-implemented management systems, robust assurance processes and effective contingency plans.
Each of AYR’s dealings is required to have documented economic, political, safety, health and environmental requirement and management systems. These are based on formal risk assessments and processes, so that management has the confidence that it has identified the significant aspects and impacts associated with any potential project that is undertaken.
Ayr International focuses on projects that fit into the following criteria:
